Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 April 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Stripe Dunning Audit service ("Service") provided by APS Ventures, a sole trader operating in the United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our").

By purchasing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase the Service.

2. The service

The Stripe Dunning Audit is a one-time analysis of your Stripe account's failed payment data. For £29 (inclusive of all taxes), we provide:

The report is delivered digitally, typically on the same business day if access is provided before 5pm UK time, or the following morning otherwise.

3. What we need from you

To perform the audit, you must provide a read-only restricted API key from your Stripe account. This key must grant read access to payment, subscription, and invoice data only. We will never request keys with write permissions.

You are responsible for ensuring the API key you provide has appropriate restrictions. You should revoke the key once the report is delivered.

4. Payment

The Service costs £29, payable in advance via Stripe. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

This is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring billing.

5. Refunds and cancellations

We offer a full refund if the audit does not reveal meaningful leakage that justifies the price. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. If the report has already been delivered and you consented to immediate performance, the cancellation right may not apply, but our satisfaction guarantee still stands.

6. Intellectual property

The report we deliver to you is for your business's internal use. You may share it with your team, advisors, or contractors. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the report publicly.

All other intellectual property in the Service (website content, methodology, branding) remains our property.

7. Data and privacy

We access your Stripe data solely to produce the audit report. We do not store, share, or retain your Stripe data beyond the time needed to complete the analysis. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle personal data.

8. Limitation of liability

The audit report contains recommendations based on our analysis of your Stripe data. These are suggestions, not guarantees. Actual revenue recovery depends on many factors, including implementation and your specific customer base.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Service (£29). We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

9. Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint about the Service, please contact us at support@amritpalsingh.co.uk. We will do our best to resolve it promptly.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the latest changes were made. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
