Refund Policy

Our guarantee: If the audit does not reveal meaningful leakage that justifies the £29 price, you get a full refund. No questions asked.

1. Our satisfaction guarantee

The Stripe Dunning Audit costs £29. If, after reviewing your report, the numbers we find do not reveal meaningful payment leakage — typically £200/month or more in recoverable revenue — we will issue a full refund.

We believe you should only pay if the audit delivers clear, actionable value.

2. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at support@amritpalsingh.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your report. Please include:

Your name or the email address used to purchase
The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)

3. How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued to your original payment method (the card used to purchase).
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of your request.
Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

4. Your statutory cancellation rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

Because the Stripe Dunning Audit is a digital service that is typically delivered the same day:

Before delivery: You may cancel at any time for a full refund.
After delivery: By purchasing and providing your Stripe API key, you consent to immediate performance of the service. Once the report is delivered, the statutory 14-day cancellation right no longer applies. However, our satisfaction guarantee (Section 1 above) still applies — if the report doesn't deliver value, we'll refund you regardless.

5. When we may decline a refund

We reserve the right to decline a refund in cases of clear abuse, such as:

Repeated purchases and refund requests from the same individual
Using the audit findings and then requesting a refund

We have never had to decline a refund. We act in good faith and expect the same.
