The Stripe Dunning Audit
for SaaS founders on Stripe

How much MRR are you losing every month?

Probably more than you think. Stripe quietly leaks 6–10% of subscription revenue every month to failed payments — and most founders never see the exact number. I'll pull yours, calculate the leak, and write you a 1-page report with three specific fixes. £29, delivered same day.

How it works

i.

You pay £29 and share read-only Stripe access

Stripe makes this safe. You generate a "restricted API key" with read-only permissions. I cannot move money, change settings, or touch a single thing. You revoke it the moment the audit is delivered.

ii.

I pull your data and write the report

I look at the last 90 days of failed payments, classify the decline reasons, check what you have configured, and identify the highest-impact fixes. Takes me about an hour.

iii.

You get the report the same day

One page, plain English. Three specific fixes ranked by recovery impact, with implementation time noted. You decide whether to fix it yourself or have me handle it.

03 — Note from the founder
A note from the founder

I'm a developer building a payment recovery tool for indie SaaS. Before I write more code, I want to understand the actual leak in real Stripe accounts — yours included.

That's why this audit exists, and why I charge £29 instead of doing it free. Free reports get skimmed and forgotten. £29 means you'll read it, and tell me whether the analysis is useful. Honest feedback is the whole point.

If the numbers I find don't justify the price — full refund, no questions.

04 — Questions answered
Is sharing API keys safe?
Yes. You create a restricted key with read-only access to specific resources. I cannot create charges, refund anything, or change a single setting. You delete the key after delivery — takes one click.
What if my numbers are tiny and there's nothing to fix?
Then I refund you. The audit is only valuable if it reveals meaningful leakage — typically £200/mo or more. If your account is too small or already optimised, you owe nothing.
How long does it take?
Same-day delivery if you send access before 5pm UK time. Otherwise next morning.
Why £29? It seems specific.
It's the lowest price that produces real signal. Free audits get ignored. £29 separates curious founders from serious ones — and your engagement is what makes the report worth writing.
